O Teja
I am trained as a translator for English and German, and besides translation and proofreading, I am also an experienced language teacher. As a translator and language teacher, I have a deep understanding of how languages work. I am patient, flexible and systematic, and I always try to explain things in the clearest and simplest way possible. My goal is for students to truly understand the material and become confident in using the language.
In my lessons, I always aim to create a pleasant and supportive learning environment, because it is important to me that students feel relaxed and confident. I believe that anyone can learn a language if the explanations are clear and adapted to the individual.
I always adapt the lessons to the student’s pace and goals, as I understand that everyone progresses in their own way.

Do you sometimes feel that Slovene is complicated and that you need additional explanations to understand the material? Don’t worry – I’d be happy to help! When explanations are clear and logical, even difficult things become much easier to understand.
Hi! My name is Teja, and I am a translator working with English and German. My great passion is teaching Slovene and foreign languages. I offer tutoring, study support and individual lessons in Slovene, English and German for primary school students, secondary school students and adults.
In my teaching, I am patient, flexible and systematic, and I always try to explain the material in the simplest and most understandable way possible. My goal is for students to truly understand the material and become confident in using the language.
I can help with:
• explaining school material
• preparation for tests and exams
• understanding grammar and vocabulary
• building confidence in speaking
• regular learning support when studying Slovene
Each lesson is adapted to the individual, as every student has a different learning style and different goals.
